Communication is so important during an emergency because it is the only way to let other people who could help you know that you are in trouble. Cell phones, radios, television, walkie talkies, laptops and the most common one- shouting was used in communicating during these natural disasters. All these things told people what happened and provided them with the latest news, also they used them to survive and get rescued.

You should tell the ambulance what was happening before the emergency, such as what the patient's symptoms were and what he did and ate, etc. The information that needs to be told during the emergency is what is happening now and how it happened and also at what time.

5. What hardware and software in required to be able to communicate online?
